Well, didn’t expect to be writing this today. The Titans have just releaved Mike Vrabel of his head coaching duties in Tennessee.

The former Patriot great spent 6 years in Two-Tone Blue, compiling a 54-46 record. While the Titans have not had great success under Vrabel, he is a leader of men and the locker room loves him.

During his tenure in Tennessee, the Titans made the playoffs 3 consecutive seasons with Ryan Tannehill at the helm. Granted, riding the coat tails of Derrick Henry and the defense, it is still an accomplishment reaching the playoffs in any fashion in the NFL.

Vrabel will have his choice of NFL head coaching job, and should Ohio State get frisky and decide to move on from Ryan Day (very late in the cycle, but now with Vrabel on the market) he will have no problem landing his next job.

Patriots could be in need of a new head coach…

Till Next Time,
Trevor
