It’s a crappy day in the world of sports.
The GOAT has again retired, and I’m not okay.
Similar to his last retirement, everyone and their mother has come out how happy they are to see him go. And how we never have to see him play again, BLAH BLAH BLAH.
Those of you who are feeling that way, realize the greatness you were allowed to watch week in and week out. Recognize that that will never happen again. Yeah, Patrick Mahomes is great… but he’s got a LONG way to go to be Tom.
Thank You Tom for the memories, thank you for showing us what it means to be committed to your craft, and thank you for allowing us to watch you and your greatness.
