For the second straight year, the NBA writers have voted Nikola Jokic the league MVP (according to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski).
Jokic became the first player in NBA HISTORY to score 2,000 points, grab 1,000 rebounds, and have 500 assists in a season. The Joker averaged 27.1 pts / 13.8 reb / 7.9 ast over the course of the 2021-22 season.
The 6’11 Serbian is the 14th player to win the league’s top honor mulitple times in their career, and joins Giannis Antetokounmpo as the second straight back-to-back winner.
